Apple thinks buying an iPhone 16 Pro will turn you into a Hollywood movie maker

Apple recently published an ad that was all about the brand new Camera Control featuring in the iPhone 16 series, and today the company has uploaded a brand new ad.

This one is all about slo-mo video capture. Cinematic 4K 120fps, specifically, in Dolby Vision, on the new iPhone 16 Pro.

As you can see, the ad really drives the point across that the new iPhones can capture very nice looking slo-mo video, and the word “cinematic” definitely isn’t misplaced.

Then again, as with all such ads, keep in mind that there were teams of professionals behind the scenes, professionals with professional shooting (and lighting) gear, even though iPhone 16 Pro units were used. So “Hollywood in your pocket” is a bit much, but that doesn’t mean the footage is bad. Only the implication that buying an iPhone 16 Pro will turn you into a Hollywood movie maker is.
