November is shaping up to be one of those months when the calendar fills up before I even realize it: there’s plenty to look forward to, and even more to prepare for. With the festive season right around the corner, a few special pieces have been catching my eye, from velvet in warm autumn shades to decorative fringe and accessories that feel made for this time of year.

At home, my attention is turning to festive touches. Colorful glassware, a gorgeous frame, and animal print napkins are on my list, and I like to take care of these finishing touches early, before the house fills with family and friends.

For the girls, I’ve been gathering holiday dresses ahead of our family Christmas card photo this year, with a few sweet options for each of them. New pajamas are in the mix too, for slow mornings and all the cozy days ahead.
