I had been using the cheaper, similar version of this product before as it got ripped easily, and had to button up the magnets each time I was getting in and out. Now, with this heavy-duty product, I just walk in and out without any worries. The magnetic strip is placed very well along the whole center line. It may seem a bit pricey for a product like this, but it is well worth the money when you don’t have to worry about the bugs and mosquitos.
Why didn’t we get one of these years ago???? This screen works absolutely perfectly! I was dreading the installation, so it sat on our table for about a week but when we finally decided to install it, it was a breeze. It definitely needs two people but we got it done in about 10 minutes. It’s so nice to be able to leave the backdoor open without ending up with a bunch of flies in the house. Plus, it only took our dog and cat a couple of hours to figure out that they can just push it open to go outside. So, everyone is happy around here!
